What's Included in Your Halloween Package:
Our fully weatherproof frame marquee arrives complete with dark grey carpet flooring, LED & festoon lighting, and a full Halloween décor setup inside — so all you have to do is invite your guests. The interior comes dressed with spooky Halloween decorations including carved pumpkin displays, skull fairy lights, cobweb draping, gothic candelabras with flickering LED candles, black and orange themed table linen, Halloween centrepieces, and seasonal bunting to set the scene. White folding chairs with covers and 6ft rectangular trestle tables are included as standard, all dressed for the occasion.
Optional Add-Ons:
Upgrade your flooring with our Rola Trac Sub Flooring— ideal for uneven garden surfaces and a hugely popular add-on for outdoor Halloween events in Liverpool and across Merseyside. Patio heaters are also available to keep your Halloween night warm and comfortable as the temperature drops.
Important Information
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your event.
- Before we can confirm your booking, we require clear photographs of your garden and all access routes. This allows us to assess the site and plan a safe and efficient installation.
- Bookings cannot be confirmed until these photographs have been received and assessed.
- Ideally, we require side access to transport the marquee and equipment into your garden.
- If side access is unavailable, we will require a large, straight and completely clear route through the house. Please note that not all properties are suitable for this, and we will advise once we've reviewed the photographs.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure sufficient access is available on the day of installation. Any issues not disclosed beforehand may result in delays or the booking being unable to proceed.
